Been feeling kinda blah in the Vinson Department lately. It’s a combo of (1) Having to reseed the whole town, and (2) Finally, seeing Roarke age up and move on. He has been one of the best kids across any legacy/challenge of mine and probably the most fun to play.
Okay, enough about the hoomins. Bring on the pets.
Sorry Orion, but no matter how much you wish it, that fence will not turn in to a jump for you.
Roarke reminds me of Cris, who also did his homework with the horses.
G-Fri: We do not allow Paparazzi in the backyard. Move along or feel my hooves on your back end.
Shooting Star is aging up to Elder on us. I wish they would do this in the daylight.
No big fanfare of pics. I bawled while playing…I’ll probably start up again now. Bye, Orion. I ❤ U.
Okay, one more to show just how much Orion meant to everyone…except Indigo, who can’t figure out to go around the grave marker.
I though it was cute that Cookie wanted to sleep with G-Fri. It took a red portrait for me to realize that once a dog goes in, they can’t figure out how to get out. He had been stuck in there for quite a few hours.
Blossom came to take a nap. Our newest addition is down on the right. I’m waiting for my game to load now. I can’t for the life of me remember her name. (Old age sucks).
Good thing I started loading my game before starting this update. Meet Grace. She is for Milky Way.
Here is the herd minus one hiding Indigo.
Indigo was found, so we got a family photo op going on here.
Shooting Star: I think the Gnome Removal Service needs to be called back out.
Okay, I had every intention of having Milky Way-Grace foals, but when the time came, Orion was visiting and the TFB option had his name as a possibility. I went for it in the hopes of this result. I know that genetically speaking, whether you’re hoomin or pet, ghosts don’t show up in the tree. Basically Grace gave birth to a genetic copy of herself. But..but I’m keeping him. Meet Starweaver.
Shooting Star: You were supposed to be giving me a great-grandchild. Not an uncle.
Grace: *blush* Oops.
If he wasn’t a ghost, he’d look like Mom.
Milky Way and G-Fri consoling each other at Alani passed on.
Everyone was on hand to wish Indigo a fond farewell. I ❤ you
Roarke is taking the deaths very hard. Asterix had to hit him with the Moodlet Manager 3 times after Indigo went.
Grace: Use your hooves, little hoomin.
Milky Way: Hoomins don’t have hooves, you old nag.
Jack: You are so cool!
Starweaver: No, no. You are so cool!
Not sure how much more of this I can handle in one day.
Jack picked a spot that I couldn’t get a good angle on. Bye Jack. I ❤ you too.
Time to make the Moodlet rounds again.
Grace: I haz baby. Pay attention to me!
This is Spring. She later sold for $4,482. This was the only attempt I had with her and Milky Way.
Spring: Where is Mommy? I want eat!
She’s right next to you goober.
Starweaver: It’s my birthday. Pay attention to me. (I triggered it a couple of hours early. I wanted to see it in daylight for once).
Joy: I’m too heartbroken.
Not sure if it’s because his legs are curled for floating, but he seems smaller than the other horses.
I don’t like making predictions, but I think Joy will be the next one to go. She is 3 days past the end of the dog lifespan and she also just hangs out here by the snakes with a broken heart.
Why is there a horse in the entryway? Especially one that wants to pee?
Roarke: Umm…Glitch?
To make up for the mass amount of horse pee in the house, Roarke came home one day with Honeycomb.
Honeycomb: Quit painting old hoomin. I haz baby incoming.
Oh please have some type of markings. I don’t have much more room.
He is too cute for words. Meet Stardust. He is only a potential heir right now. He has markings and a horn, but no unicorn traits.
Aww. Looks like he’s eating the purple star.
The family is currently running really super low on funds, so if anything we will breed to sell for a while. The family went around and bought everything in town. I don’t think there’s enough for their next meal.
Thought I would throw this in here. Within a couple of minutes of loading the game, Marie finished Elderberry’s portrait.
I also found Roarke chatting with someone named Gretchen. She’s got squinty eyes, square jaw and a huge head, but at this point beggars can’t be choosers.
Current Pet Tally: Joy, Shooting Star, Cookie, G-Fri, Milky Way, Honeycomb, Starweaver and Stardust.
Next time, we move back to the hoomins. Will anyone max their job levels..ever? I think both Marie and Asterix have been at level 8 for decades and time is running out. Roarke is just about to hit the max for after school criminal job. He was grounded for prom, so I will force another one. We will go on a mate hunt for Cookie. Honeycomb will have babies. and maybe a new heir? Stay tuned.
